After School Programs |
A special day camp will be offered during the weeks of February and April school vacations. Each day will have chores as well as special activities and workshops focusing on different aspects of the farm and nature. Kids will play games and participate in hands-on activities. Many different activities will include crafts students can bring home for further exploration and learning. Each day will have a different theme focusing on the animals, the land and the seasons. Vacation camps are offered for students in first through fourth grade. 2008 Program Themes: February & March: Children will experience winter wilderness on the farm. Activities will focus on the influence of winter on the land, animals and wildlife. Feb Vacation Camp 2008 Information & Registration April: Children will experience the beginning of spring on the farm. Activities will focus on the new arrivals of plants and animals. April Vacation Camp 2008 Information & Registration Vacation camps run Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 3:30PM. Extended care is available until 5:30.
